Items may be shipped by UPS or FedEx or the USPS. If you have a PO Box, also provide a street address in as part of the shipping address. If you purchase multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages. If a product has a long lead time, that will be noted in the product page description. In an effort to be as eco-friendly as possible, we try to reuse shipping boxes and packing materials. Your items may arrive in separate boxes depending on the location of the item.
Shipping days exclude holidays and weekends including Saturdays.
Although your package may arrive sooner than that, if you request ground shipping, allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Portland Area Delivery:
Dana's Healthy Home can provide free delivery for heavy items to Portland area locations. Please contact us with your request at email@example.com.
If you are outside of our delivery area and want to be considered for delivery, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Canadian Shipments/International Shipments:
Dana's Healthy Home does ship to Canada. For any other special requests please email email@example.com.
Wine gifts can only be shipped to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, DC, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, NH, OH, OR, SC, VA, WA, WY. If a shipping address is chosen to a state other than one identified above, the order will be cancelled.
Goods Damaged in the Shipping Process:
Although infrequent, damage can occur in the shipping process. In the event your package appears to be damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and have the damage noted on your bill of lading. Once damaged packages are accepted, purchaser will be responsible for all return charges except if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect (please see our return policy below).
Free Shipping Coupons
All free shipping coupons apply to shipments within the the 48 contiguous United States and offers are for ground shipping only.
For safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. Therefore, ALL FOOD SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-food purchase, Dana's Healthy Home will refund the purchase price for most products, less shipping and handling charges, if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase. We do have different return policies for specific types of products and a different protocol for dealing with manufacturing defects. The following applies to the return of any product:
• Purchaser must notify Dana's Healthy Home of the reason for the return. Notification should be made by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the e-mail, customer service will contact you to provide you with a "RAN" (Return Authorization Number) and information on where the product(s) should be mailed.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, must be returned with the original packaging, any attached tags, the receipt and, except in the case where there is a manufacturing defect, must be resalable.
• Unless your product has a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. A restocking fee may apply. We recommend you use registered mail to return the product. Dana's Healthy Home will not be responsible for packages lost in the return process.
• We do not have an exchange policy. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item free of charge with the same item, if available.
